Although Batur is a small village, but we, as the citizens, will try to develop our village. Our potential place to be tourism will be developed by us step by step. We will follow the world development both in society field and another fields, such as technology, economy, culture, etc. Be the most beautiful village in Indonesia is our goal. therefore, we need all the people, unexceptionably our own citizen, to support us and also participate in our development.

What is Batur Village?

Batur Village is a small village which is laid in Patuk, one of sub district of Gunung Kidul region, Yogyakarta, Indonesia. Batur Village has just been famous since inviting Japanese in celebrating ceremony of Rasulan four years ago. They corporate with the young villagers of Batur, Karang Taruna PERDACITA, celebrated the ceremony. It is not only supported by the district government, but also the region government with all the completely staffs of the Yogyakarta government. The ceremony was successfully held and caused thousands people came. After that time, Batur Village began to be known by all the people in Indonesia and even more than it. Some people from another country, then, come to visit the village. They amazed of beauty of the village which is still natural.
